Credit Card - PayPal
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted. We will NOT store or use any credit card information. The entire transaction is done on Paypal servers throughout an encrypted HTTPS connection.
We also accept payments directly from your PayPal account as long as your shipping address is a PayPal confirmed address. Our paypal account is firstname.lastname@example.org

We ship to all European Union countries except: Norway and Iceland.
For Switzerland, Croatia and Turkey, please contact us prior ordering.
We are using GLS shipping services for delivering the products directly to your door. The shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight and destination.
You can see a Shipping Quote directly in your shopping cart, before buying any products.
Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. No additional fees will be charged to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

Days explained above are working days from Monday to Friday.
For original parts please allow 2-7 more days for delivery.
According to the law, the customer is entitled to receive the package within 30 business days from the date of the order. Once the package was picked up from us (the seller) by the shipping company (GLS), no refund can be sent, until we have confirmation that the package can not be delivered because of any external factor, or until the interval of the above described 30 days ends.

In case of lost packages, accidents or damaged packages all caused during the shippging transit, we will refund the full amount, but up to a maximum amount of 150 euro.
- Duties and Taxes
Please note that orders to Switzerland, Croatia and Turkey may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These import taxes are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on DaciaShop websites.

- Returnals & Refunds
We seek the satisfaction of our clients and thus our services are customer orientated. Our entire policy is according to Romanian Law O.U.G. 130/2000 & O.U.G. nr. 174/2008 for online/remote sales.
We accept the return of packages in 10 working days from the receipt of item(s), but only if the the product labels are left intact. Client has the right to cancel the order, without any reason, and must contact us prior the package returnal.
We will refund the full paid amount for the products in a time interval of 30 days, from the moment of receiving the item(s). Refunds done through Paypal will be directly credited to your Paypal account. In case of bank transfer or credit card refunds, please contact us and allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
All payment fees and taxes necessary for the refund procedure, are supported by the seller (S.C. Remaly Net S.R.L).
Initial shipping costs are NOT refundable. Also, the shipping costs for returning the products, are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer has the responsability to check the package integrity at the moment of arrival. In case the package has any exterior damage, please refuse it and sign the GLS complaint report. We will not refund damaged packages without the above GLS report. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 working days from the receipt of merchandise .
How to return or exchange an item:
- - Place the original package into a different box or re-ship the initial parcel with intact product labels.
- - Include the invoice and the reason for the return. In case of any defect, please specify it.
- - Please do not place stickers or intial shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- - Ship via GLS with a tracking number.
- - We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are returned to us. In this case, you have the obligation to insure the package and ask for the refund to the shipping carrier.
- Privacy & Security
- All electrical / mechanical products have a warranty of 1 year. In case of functional problems, please contact us. We will exchange or refund the unfunctional products.
